Adecom Students Take Centre Stage in Ongoing Seminar Presentations

Academic brilliance is on full display at Adecom College of Business and Management as seminar presentations sweep across the campus in a well-structured, department-by-department schedule. In addition, the atmosphere is charged with anticipation, as students step forward not just to present papers, but to showcase weeks of research, discipline, and intellectual growth.

The exercise commenced with Mass Communication students, who set the pace on Monday, March 30, 2026, delivering insightful presentations that reflected both creativity and critical thinking. They were followed by students from Business Administration and Management, Public Administration, Accountancy, and Hospitality and Technology Management, all of whom successfully concluded their sessions on Wednesday, April 1. Attention now turns to the Computer Science department, whose students are scheduled to take the stage on Thursday, April 2, 2026.

This academic exercise, designed for terminal classes in ND II and HND II, is far more than a routine requiremenBefore to the presentations, students had their research topics carefully vetted and approved, while detailed templates were provided by lecturers to ensure standardisation and academic rigour.

Furthermore, it is a process that reflects the institution’s commitment to excellence and structured learning.  Appraisal of the presentations has been thorough and multidimensional. In continuation, students are evaluated not only on the depth of their research but also on their appearance, organisation of materials, clarity of expression, and grammatical accuracy.

Moreover, panels of specialised lecturers from each department have been tasked with this responsibility, ensuring fairness and professionalism throughout the exercise. Beyond the scores and formalities, the seminar presentation stands as a defining moment in the academic journey of each student. It is a test of knowledge, confidence, and independence a stage where ideas find voice and potential begins to unfold. Conclusively, at Adecom College, this ongoing exercise is not just an academic requirement; it is a celebration of growth, resilience, and the pursuit of excellence.
